Sol has a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology from York University, in Toronto, Canada, as well as a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the Forest Institute of Professional Psychology, in Missouri, USA. Sol has been a practicing counsellor for over fifteen years. He has worked in clinical, educational, military, private, profit, and not-for-profit settings. Sol has experience counselling persons with various life challenges including trauma, grief, military, veterans and first responders, anxiety, depression, relationship, family, school issues, surviving a Motor Vehicle Accident, and living with a disability.
Sol is licensed to practice and serve clients in British Columbia, Ontario, and Nova Scotia.
Sol is also a Canadian Clinical Supervisor under the CCPA nationally.
When off duty, you can find Sol enjoying the great outdoors camping, canoeing, hiking, or walking his loving four footed companion. Sol is also a passionate equestrian, rower, and swimmer. On rainy days, Sol enjoys reading, classical music, opera, and painting water colours.
